This project involved the design of five (5) individual on-site septic systems for one-acre commercial development located in Lubbock County, Texas. Our team performed subsurface investigations by drilling soil boreholes on each lot to evaluate soil composition, permeability, and depth to limiting conditions. The findings were compiled into a formal engineering report that documented site suitability and supported system selection and sizing. Based on site conditions, we engineered septic layouts that met regulatory standards while and minimizing total construction cost.
In addition to the system design, we prepared full construction plans and coordinated documentation in accordance with Lubbock County requirements. This included detailed site layouts, setbacks, and property line dimensions — a critical local requirement often overlooked without regional experience. By incorporating county-specific standards into the design phase. This project reflects our ability to pair technical design with local regulatory knowledge to deliver reliable, compliant wastewater systems for rural development.
